Cable Makers – Bulk Cable Assembly Manufacturing

Technical Cable Applications is your next partner for manufacturing high quality OEM and custom cable assemblies to your specifications. Unlike many large cable manufacturers who only do very large OEM orders, or small boutique manufacturers who can only do small orders, we offer the best of both worlds. Our facility handles orders of thousands of cables easily, while our engineers and cable assembly experts possess the flexibility and ingenuity to provide prototyping and custom cable solutions. We also offer low MOQs for many popular cable types so you can avoid making massive orders to try something out, including RF, M12, USB, SATA, DisplayPort, battery cables, and more. Send your cable drawing and any necessary NDAs to [email protected] to get started!

Custom Cable Assemblies and Wire Harnesses for Business and Industrial Applications

Founded in 2002, Technical Cable Applications started as a small cable manufacturer in Auburn, WA and we have grown tenfold since then. With a highly advanced facility that we have continued to upgrade every year by adding new equipment, additional quality control procedures, and real estate for bulk order production, TCA is one of the most sophisticated cable manufacturers you can partner with in the United States. We also have partnerships with fantastic facilities and their cable makers in Guadalajara for nearshore manufacturing, which decreases reliance on overseas part sourcing wherever possible and allows for faster turnaround times and lower MOQs than we could have previously offered. Working with these facilities has also allowed us to increase quality control even further, as we have full communication and insight into the operations of their staff, unlike our experience working with overseas manufacturers where communication is sometimes slow and limited.

Innovative Solutions with Extremely High Quality Control

We are certified for cable assembly by multiple United States and international standards, including the following:

– ISO 9001:2015 Certification

– ZPFW2.E363245 – Wiring Harnesses Certified for US – Component

– ZPFW8.E363245 – Wiring Harnesses Certified for Canada – Component

– ITAR Certification

– UL

We also hold to IPC/WHMA-A-620 Standard Revision E procedures and practices for quality control, to avoid errors, minimize waste and ensure we know exactly where every connector, material, and part was sourced from in case we encounter a problem. Our partnership with Scout Systems also is a great boon for quality control and efficiency, as their automated work instruction systems have allowed us to standardize and improve every procedure we go through in our cable manufacturing, and identify areas of common failure or inefficiency to improve.
