Nearshore Cable Assembly and Cable Overmolding Experts

While this certainly doesn’t mean that every cable assembly we provide can be made entirely nearshore, since some cable material and connector types still can only be obtained from specific overseas locations. it has been a great boon for our customers needing to move all of their manufacturing to the West. Since we offer extreme quality control and custom solutions, we have been able to fill this need for many clients. Meanwhile, even industrial partners with no strict requirement for United States manufacturing have found great benefit from our nearshore capabilities, thanks to lower MOQs (minimum order quantities), faster shipping, and reduced geopolitical risk.

Versatile Cable Tooling, Crimping, Molding and Tinning

We can manufacture a wide variety of cable assembly configurations, thanks to our specialized equipment and extremely knowledgeable team of assembly experts and engineers. Whether durable seals are needed for cables that will be under high pressure (or low pressure vacuum zones), or over-molded shielding is needed to prevent physical leaks and damage, our team is able to provide the necessary injection molding, seal material, crimping, or tinning.

If you need assurance of our high quality manufacturing, molding machines, and quality control, we are UL certified for cable assembly in the United States and Canada. We are also ISO 9001:2015 internationally certified, and hold to IPC/WHMA-A-620 Standard Revision E for our quality control standards. Finally, we use automated work instruction systems developed in collaboration with our partners at Scout Systems, which enable extremely repeatable manufacturing processes and quality assurance.

We would love to give you a quote! Just make sure to provide the full specifications of your cable drawing, and all necessary information about materials, connectors, and mold tooling whether you have an existing OEM assembly, or a new prototype that needs testing.
